Step-by-step guide to becoming GPSR compliant with the EAS GPSR service
Step 1: Sign the GPSR contract
Sign the GPSR contract between your company and EAS in Oneflow.
- Open the Oneflow invitation email
- Sign the GPSR contract
Step 2: Pay the invoice
Settle the GPSR invoice in the EAS Dashboard.
- Log in to the EAS Dashboard
- Go to the Invoices section in the top menu
- Complete the payment

Step 3: Add your SKUs or ISBNs
Add all products that should be covered under GPSR.
- In the dashboard, navigate to the GPSR section in the top menu
- Add your SKUs or ISBNs to the dashboard

Step 4: Sign the Declarations of Conformity
A Declaration of Conformity must be signed for each product type in the dashboard.
- Sign the Declaration(s) of Conformity in the dashboard
Step 5: Add labelling information
Add the required labelling information to your website or sales channels and EU parcels.
- Add the information to your website or sales channels
- Include the same information in EU shipments
