From 1 November 2026, EU customs charge a €2 handling fee on every product line in parcels sold to EU consumers from outside the EU.
- How much: €2 per product line (identical products count once).
- Which orders: all, at any value.
- On top of: the €3 customs duty for orders up to €150, so €5 per line in total.
- Refunds: never, even if the parcel is returned.
