The EAS Dashboard simplifies GPSR compliance management. Follow these steps to manage your declarations
1. Register for GPSR
- If not already registered, sign up at https://easproject.com/gpsr-registration/.
- Confirm Product Types once requested.
2. Access the EAS Dashboard
- Log in at dashboard.easproject.com.
- Navigate to the GPSR section from the main menu.
3. Add SKU Numbers to All Product Types

Click on the Product Type to access its details.

Select “Add SKU’s” and paste the relevant product identifiers into the field:

You can use SKU numbers, ISBN numbers, or any other unique product identifier used in your system.

If you are creating custom-made products, you can assign a single product identifier per product type.

If your products have variations (e.g. different sizes or colours), one product identifier per variation set is sufficient.

Ensure that each identifier is placed on a separate line.

Click “Send” to save your updates.
4. Generate Declarations of Conformity
- Within the Product Type and click "Generate and download a new Declaration (PDF)."
- Provide your email, phone number (enter space if you wish not to add phone number), and test data (write "not applicable" if unavailable).
- Submit the form, and a draft Declaration will be downloaded
5. Sign and Upload Declarations
- Review and sign the draft Declaration as a PDF for each Product Type.
- Upload the signed Declaration by selecting "Upload Signed Declaration (PDF)" under the respective Product Type.
6. Download Final Declarations
- After uploading, download the finalised Declaration to check that file store properly.
You can download and upload Declaration as much time as needed.
EAS will store each uploaded version of the signed Declaration of Conformity.
Only last version is available for downloading.
Repeat Steps 3–6 for All Product Types
