This manual explains how to allow EAS project team to access your store for store configuration and EAS EU and UK compliance module setup.
EAS aims at making sure that the taxation rules applied in your store match current regulations and allow you to use special VAT schemes applicable to your business model in the EU (IOSS, Non-Union OSS, Union OSS).
PrestaShop has curtain limitations that may require manual handling of some EU/UK orders. You will receive explanations from our support staff as to how these limitations are to be handled.
To allow EAS support manager to access the store , please, go to the administrative side of the store and choose “Advanced parameters” and then choose the option ” Team” . Press “Add new employee”
Create a new user (EAS employee in the example below) and set up a password for the user , press ”Save” at the bottom of the page:
Use the following e-mail for the EAS team member: info@easproject.com
The new user needs to be set with SuperAdmin preferences to ensure that EAS is able to install and configure the EAS module. SuperAdmin permissions are required for installation and configuration of the EAS EU and UK compliance module directly by EAS employees.
If you are not willing to allow full access to the store , please , contact EAS and we can arrange for remote installation and reduced permission scope for further setup.
Please notify EAS as soon as you have added the new user. Send a separate e-mail to info@easproject.com.
When notifying EAS include the URL of the administrative access page (i.e. the page that is used to access the store with administrative password).
Do not include the password to the e-mail , we will restore the password automatically before configuring your store.
