How EAS Works
- Official Registrations We register all our customers for IOSS in real-time due to our direct integration with tax authorities, ensuring no registration delays. For UK VAT registration we provide assistance as the use of a 3rd party is not required or recommended.
- E-commerce Platform Configuration We offer a free configuration service to correctly set up EU tax collection on your e-commerce platform.
- Shipping Providers We provide instructions on adding your new IOSS and UK VAT numbers to your shipping providers, whether it’s postal services, DHL, or any other courier.
- Customer Experience EU customers will see their final prices immediately upon visiting your website. They proceed through the standard checkout process, paying local taxes at checkout.
- Order and Tax Collection After customers pay, you collect all the money while we automatically gather sales information and feed the data to EU tax authorities.
- Shipping Experience Your EU customers do not face any additional charges like handling fees upon delivery. Deliveries are quicker due to the absence of traditional customs procedures.
- Customs Clearance Upon delivery, customs receive your IOSS or UK VAT information from the label barcode, allowing immediate order release without customer intervention.
- Monthly Invoicing We invoice you monthly for our fee and the taxes collected, which we distribute across the EU. UK VAT payment instructions come directly from HMRC, the UK tax administration. Payment methods include bank transfers, card payments, and PayPal. Our Dashboard provides real-time updates on collected taxes, ensuring full transparency.
Pricing
- No registration or starting fees
- IOSS Starter: €19.90/month, includes 15 IOSS orders/month, additional sales €1.50 per order.
- IOSS Basic: €79/month, includes 100 orders/month, additional orders €1 per order.
- IOSS Advanced: 179€/month, includes 300 orders/month, additional orders 0,66€ per order.
- IOSS Plus: €329/month, includes 1000 orders/month, additional orders €0.25 per order.
You can switch plans monthly without any upgrade/downgrade fees. Our contract operates on a monthly basis, so no long-term commitments are required.
How to Get Started
Start the process by registering at easproject.com/reg.
Make sure you have copies of the following documents ready:
- Company/Sole Trader Registration Document: Proof of your business existence. More about accepted documents
- Official ID: Valid identification for verification of person.
Once we receive your registration, we begin the IOSS registration process, installation, and configuration.
We can make you IOSS registered within one hour if needed.
