Adding announcement bar to Shopify

Online Store → Themes → Customize → Announcement Bar 
 

Most Shopify themes support a built-in announcement bar.

✅ Steps:

1. Log into your Shopify admin
   Go to shopify.com and sign in.
2. Go to Online Store → Themes
3. Click “Customize” next to your live theme
4. Find the Announcement Bar section
   • Usually found in the header or top area of the theme.
   • If not visible, click “Add Section” → Select “Announcement Bar”.

1. Edit your banner text and optional link
   E.g. “Free EU shipping — no extra charges at delivery!”
2. Change background/text colour (optional)
   Make sure it's visible and matches your brand.
3. Save your changes

      Quick Announcement Bar by Hextom (Shopify App Store)
