      All-inclusive non-Union service includes everything from non-Union registration to filing.
      EAS offers free-of-charge installation and configuration service.

      The higher of the minimum fee or the percentage fee is charged.  
       
      You can change your digital service plan quarterly before the 25th of the month preceding the desired quarter.
