Quick price adjustment in your Shopify store
This guidance explain how to quickly adjust retail prices on Market level
There may be situations where you need to quickly update product prices in your Shopify store. One common scenario is when new tariffs or taxes are introduced by authorities in a destination country. In such cases, the simplest and most efficient way to handle this is by applying a positive price adjustment to affected products.
How to Apply a Price Adjustment in Shopify:
- Navigate to Settings in your Shopify Admin.
- Select Markets from the menu.
- In the top-right corner of the page, locate the Price adjustment section.
Apply the Price Increase:
- Enter the desired price increase percentage or amount.
- Click Save at the top of the page to apply your changes.
In the above example a product was previously priced at $64.86 USD, and after applying a price increase it now costs $77.83 USD, this reflects the updated pricing that includes the impact of the new tariffs or taxes.
