Sometimes orders are not properly transferred to EAS solution and thus not available in the EAS Dashboard. This article will guide you through the process of "re exporting" order to EAS EU & UK compliance solution
Sometime it is necessary to export orders to EAS EU compliance solution manually:
- Order was processed by the store prior EAS EU Compliance plugin was installed and was shipped using IOSS number, provided by EAS
- Order was created manually and missed to be processed by EAS EU Compliance
- By unknown reason order was not processed by EAS EU compliance
Identifying EAS EU Compliance operating mode
Before proceeding, it is necessary to identify in which mode operates EAS EU Compliance plugin.
To be able to "Re-export" order to EAS Dashboard, plugin should be switched to the "Standard Mode"
1. Go to WooCommerce → EAS EU Compliance
2. In the General section check "Standard mode" if it is not checked. Scroll down and press button "Save changes".
If Standard Mode was unchecked, you need to revert this setting to previous one as soon as you finished to exporting orders
3. If Standard mode was enabled already, no changes to be done.
Re-exporting order to EAS Dashboard
1. Open order in question in the WooCommerce admin
2. Scroll down to the control buttons under the order totals
3. Press button Re-Export to EAS
4. Wait for a while, until popup message will appear and press OK
5. Refresh the page. In the Order notes section you should see notification "Order successfully processed by EAS solution ..."
6. Now order was successfully processed by EAS Solution and should be available in the EAS Dashboard.
Reverting EAS EU Compliance plugin to operate in full mode
If your store initially was configured to operate in full mode, please immediately disable "Standard mode" in the plugin settings:
1. Go to WooCommerce → EAS EU Compliance
2. In the General section uncheck "Standard mode"
3. Check "Process imported orders (post-sale data)"
4. Scroll down and press button "Save changes"
