How to handle of Bookvault integrations with EAS application in the Shopify?

This article describes how the setup EAS application and Bookvault application in the Shopify store registered outside United Kingdom with or without Printful/Printify applications

 General information 

 Bookvault creates 2 locations when installed:bookvault_locations

Bookvault UK location creates a situation in the customer store when UK VAT is calculated for sales below and over 135 GBP (applicable both to physical and TBE items):

There are two configuration options available: one with Printful/Printify applications installed in the Store, and another without..

 1. Situation when Bookvault app is installed without Printful/Printify 

EAS application should be configured as follow

Go to Apps → EAS EU Compliance , scroll down to EAS standard solution section and check "Immediately process paid orders".

Orders below and over 135 GBP will be considered as imported .

VAT is going to be accounted for both below and over 135 GBP orders for fiscal purposes.

2. Situation when Bookvault app is installed along with Printful/Printify

EAS application should be configured as follow

In the EAS EU Compliance application  from left side menu click Locations and configure locations accordingly.

It is important that Bookvault UK location is assigned with United Kingdom. Printiful/Printify location should be set with Latvia or any other EU location.

Orders below and over 135 GBP will be considered as B2C domestic . VAT is going to be accounted for both below and over 135 GBP orders for fiscal purposes.
