When you need to create order in the WooCommerce admin manually and need to push it to EAS solution, follow this guide
This article applicable for the configuration when EAS EU compliance operates in full mode (EAS plugin is injected into the checkout process, option "Standard mode" disabled ).
To create manually order that will be properly processed by EAS solution please follow this steps:
1. In the new order page select existing customer (1) or fill full delivery information in the billing section. If shipping address is the same as billing you may left shipping information empty.
2. After delivery information filled with at least Customer name, Country and email, press Create button.
3. If delivery country is from the supported by EAS solution list then you will see this buttons in the button of the order
4. Add items, shipping, coupons, fees and so on
5. After order information added, double check delivery information and press
6. In the popup Notification press Ok
7. If something is missing , you will see another notification. Pres OK button, add requested information and go to step 5
8. If everything is fine, system will notify you. Press OK button.
Do not edit order after it was sent to EAS Solution. EAS solution do not support order updates. Until order marked as paid it is not taken in to the fiscal reporting.
If you need to change something in the order content, like delivery Country, order items, prices and so on, just create new order.
9. Mark order as Processing or Completed. After page will reload, you will see in the Notes section notifications from EAS solution
