      How to Add GPSR Information to Fruugo

      Follow the steps below to add GPSR information to Fruugo. GPSR is taking effect on 13th December 2024, retailers selling in the EU and Northern Ireland must ensure compliance by providing product safety and contact information.

      Steps to Add GPSR Information

      1. Log into the Fruugo Retailer Portal

        • Access your Fruugo account using your retailer credentials.

      2. Navigate to the Compliance Section

        • Go to the Compliance tab in the Retailer Portal to locate the GPSR submission tools.

      3. Download the CSV Template

        • Download the CSV file template from this link.

      4. Prepare Your Safety Data

        • Populate the CSV file with the necessary product details. If EAS is your Responsible Person:
          • Include EAS's contact information for products requiring an EU Responsible Person.
          • Provide safety warnings or attestations for each SKU, as applicable.

      5. Submit Safety Information

        • Upload the completed CSV file to the Fruugo Retailer Portal. Alternatively, submit the data using:
          • Feed Integration if supported by your integration partner.
          • Product API if compatible with your systems.

      6. Verify the Information

        • Ensure all uploaded data is marked as Valid in Fruugo’s system.
        • If any entries are flagged as Invalid, review the errors and correct them promptly.

      Important Notes

      • Northern Ireland Listings:
        While Great Britain (GB) contacts are generally valid, only those with Northern Ireland postcodes meet compliance for listings visible in the EU and Northern Ireland.

      • Safety Data Deadline:
        Submit all required safety data or attestations by 13th December 2024. Non-compliant products in mandatory categories will be blocked from sale once Fruugo's compliance enforcement mechanism is implemented.
