EAS Solution supports standard WooCommerce shipping tools and 3rd party delivery plugins. Shipping rates can be set (WooCommerce - settings - Shipping - shipping classes). 3rd party shipping plugins may add shipping rates at checkout automatically.
Make sure the tax status setting in (WooCommerce - settings - Shipping - shipping classes - EU deliveries) is set to taxable.
