IOSS registration by EAS

If the seller is located outside of the EU, EAS can register them for IOSS and take the role of the Intermediary. EAS can provide registration instructions and assistance for EU companies.

The registration process takes about 15 minutes, EAS provides the IOSS number once onboarding is complete as use of EAS provided IOSS number outside of EAS Solutions is prohibited. 

The following information is required for IOSS registration:

• Official company name
• Company address
• Postal address (if different)
• Responsible person on the record 
• Contact person, if different from the responsible person
• Contact e-mail
• Contact phone

The following documentation is required for the IOSS registration:

• Authorized person valid ID
• Company registration document 
• VAT registration if available

Also, be prepared to provide on request

• Tax debt certificate, or equivalent
• Bank guarantee
