This article explains how to find your franking license number and credentials in your Swiss post account.
If you want to use first mile labels directly from EAS shipping menu for your Swiss post DDP deliveries you need to provide your individual franking license number to EAS.
This manual shows how to find the required domestic franking license number, client id and client secret in your Swiss post account. After having retrieved them, please , send them to support@easproject.com along with the company name and statement that the attached number is the domestic franking license number.
First login at www.post.ch, and this overview should appear. Click on “My company and billing relationship”, where you see the following screen:
In the following view click the company name in the “Customer” section :
A dropdown menu will appear. It will contain the list of all franking license numbers that are assigned to your company. You need to copy the number corresponding to “Domestic parcel and express”:
As soon as you have copied the domestic franking license number , please , send it to support@easproject.com with the following text:
Please configure the following franking license number for Swiss post DDP : (franking license number) . Customer name (official customer company name).
